Stinson Adds FinTech and Financial Services Partner to DC Office

Stinson LLP is pleased to welcome Anastasia D. Stull to the firm's Washington, DC office. Stull joins as a partner in its Banking & Financial Services Practice Division. She is the ninth lateral hire to join the firm's DC office this year.  

Stull brings with her over two decades of experience as a FinTech, financial services and regulatory attorney. Her practice is focused on commercial, consumer, retail and institutional financial services, with an emphasis on emerging products and services.

Stull counsels financial institutions, payment companies, FinTechs and non-bank lenders on complex strategic, regulatory, risk and compliance issues and corporate governance. She assists clients in matters involving the creation and management of regulatory compliance programs, risk management, examinations and remediation. Stull also has experience in matters involving supervisory and enforcement issues before the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Federal Reserve Board, and state financial regulators.

She is a FINRA Dispute Resolution securities industry arbitrator and a Certified Regulatory Compliance Professional. Stull also frequently provides thought leadership on complex regulatory, risk and innovation issues facing the financial services industry.

Prior to joining Stinson, Stull served as an attorney to an AmLaw 100 national law firm where she launched and led the firm's financial services consulting division.
