Stinson Signs 5-Year Lease at Wells Fargo Center in Tampa

Stinson LLP is pleased to announce that it has signed a long-term lease at the Wells Fargo Center located at 100 South Ashley Drive in downtown Tampa, Florida.

Stinson partnered with national real estate investment firm Feil Organization to lease Suite 500, a 13,629 square-foot space, inside the Class-A, 22-story, 387,000 sq. ft. office tower in the heart of Tampa's Central Business District. The space features multiple conference rooms and approximately 20 offices, with additional square footage available for future growth. The Tampa office also incorporates picture-perfect waterfront and skyline views, and access to downtown Tampa's eateries, shopping and entertainment districts.
